Saqaliba soldiers of the Syl-Pasha seize control of the contry and move the seat of power to Manshaka, claiming the title of Murabir of the Land of the Three Rivers.    Grow decadent in turn until the Murabir’s own vizier Bollus al-Kahdan leads a contingent of disaffect Saqaliba to reclaim the gutted and ruined city of Calimport.

Declares himself Syl-Pasha of Calimshan and sets fire to the city of Calimport to “purge” it of unwanted elements.  He perishes in the flames.
